this might be the trickiest part of his wardrobe, you really have to nail the color here, you want
sort of a sky blue jean.
plain, black, shoes, probably cowboy boots
notice above that the shoes homer wears are both beveled
and do not have any laces, so my best guess would be black
nondescript cowboy boots
and that really is about it, you can add other things like a pink stripped tie
like the one seen above, real life example below
and that pretty much covers it, homer Simpsons clothes are really easy to replicate, have fun!
